How do I book a picnic?

Booking is simple. Select your preferred package—Classic, Signature Soirée, or Grand Affair—and use the reservation button on our website. You'll choose your date, location, and any special requests. We'll confirm availability within 24 hours and guide you through the final details to ensure your event is perfect.

What safety measures are in place?

Your safety and comfort are our priority. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each event. We follow local health guidelines, provide contactless setup options if requested, and our team adheres to professional safety standards. Weather monitoring ensures we can reschedule if conditions are unsafe.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. Cancellations made 7 days or more before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3-6 days receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations can be rescheduled at no additional charge.
