We follow local health guidelines, provide contactless setup options if requested, and our team adheres to professional safety standards. Weather monitoring ensures we can reschedule if conditions are unsafe.
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 7 days or more before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3-6 days receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations can be rescheduled at no additional charge.
